Terry was a dedicated and creative member of our TPM team. His focus was around creating documentation for LOTO and Autonomous Operator that was in a format which was easy for the end user to follow and decreased the likelihood for human errors to occur. We first contracted Terry to revise our operator’s manual for our new ATevo series of battery chargers. The goal was to reduce the number of pages of the manual and yet retain all relevant and required information. This resulted in a new manual with 30% fewer pages that was less wordy, easier to read, and much clearer. We later contracted Terry to review and edit “Charge!”, a book detailing everything you wanted to know about stationary battery chargers. ... In addition to editing the text, Terry edited existing graphics, obtained permission to use graphics, had new graphics designed, and even took some of the pictures used in the book....Terry is professional, diligent, and focused. He completed the work on time, within budget, and his work is fantastic. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for the services he offers.
